Day of Event Schedule

Champions Golf Club, 13722 Champions Dr, Houston, TX 77069

9am – Registration Starts
1030am – Putting Contest on practice green
11am – Golf Tournament Begins, Shotgun Start on both courses
430pm (after golf ends) – Million Dollar Shootout on 18th Hole of Cypress Course
5pm – Drinks & Dinner at Champions Golf Club Clubhouse
530pm – Charity Auction begins

Event Overview

The fund has been organized as a 501 (c)(3) to conduct a golf fundraiser event on April 22, 2024 at Champions Golf Club in Houston, TX for Cancer research for the benefit of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prospective donors, our 501 (c)(3) approval letter from the IRS is available upon request.

The Golf Tournament will have up to 56 teams of 4.  We also plan to have at least 25 celebrities in which teams will bid on to join their group.  After the tournament, there will be a tex-mex dinner and both a silent and live auction.

Donate

Please use the link below to make a donation to our fund. We are using zeffy.com as our fundraising partner. We chose Zeffy because it was the only processor we could find that did not charge a percentage of the donation.  While the form below defaults to making a donation to Zeffy, you can adjust the amount to zero if you’d like.  

**Note - ACH donations will always have no processing fees. Credit and debit card donations $1,000 or over will be prompted to pay a 2.9% processing fee that you have the option to waive. Any donations over $10,000 can only be done using ACH through Zeffy.

Team Registration

Please complete the form to enter a team into the tournament. Please note that each team consists of 4 players with a $4,000 financial commitment per team. We will reach out with a payment form as we get closer to the date of the tournament.

Dinner/auction registration (non-golfer) - $150/person

Please complete the form to register for a place at the dinner/auction. Non-golfers only as each golf spot will include dinner.

Please note the first 30 to register will be guaranteed a spot. We are in the process of better estimating attendance from participating golfers and we will update non-golfer attendee limits at that time.
